About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cloud-native environments, enjoys automating systems and processes, and has a strong background in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and site reliability engineering.

You will play a key role in designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable infrastructure while improving system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated application deployment and delivery.
• Automate infrastructure, operational workflows, and system processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Provision, configure, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Support and enhance cloud environments across infrastructure and platform services.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to improve system reliability and visibility.
• Partner with engineering teams to streamline deployment processes and improve release cycles.
• Drive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices, including system performance, availability, and incident response.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues across distributed environments.
• Support operational tooling and automation platforms to ensure platform stability and performance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
• Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services in environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of programming or scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Experience provisioning and managing infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and operational support tooling such as Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Jenkins.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and systems thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting production cloud environments at scale.
• Exposure to microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and incident management practices.
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced software delivery environments.
• Understanding of security best practices within cloud and DevOps ecosystems.
