DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application builds, testing, and deployments.
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-premise environments.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or EKS/GKE/AKS.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to support smooth release processes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability; implement solutions for incident response and recovery.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and operational standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident management for production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong skills in Linux system administration, shell scripting, and automation.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
