Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a DevOps Engineer, located in Navi Mumbai. What You?ll Do Own Cloud Infrastructure Design, provision, and maintain multi?region AWS and GCP environments using Terraform and Helm. Optimise cost, performance, and scalability for high?traffic AI/IoT platforms. CI/CD & Release Automation Evolve our GitLab pipelines to achieve true trunk?based, ?push?to?prod? workflows with automated testing, security scans, and blue?green deployments. Champion immutable builds and container security best practices. Observability & Incident Response Implement end?to?end monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and alerting via PagerDuty. Lead post?incident reviews; drive MTTR down through runbook automation and chaos testing. Security & Compliance Embed shift?left security (SAST, DAST, IaC scanning) into pipelines. Partner with our SOC2 team to maintain least?privilege IAM, secret rotation, and audit trails. Collaboration & Culture Sit shoulder?to?shoulder with developers, QA, and product to bake reliability into every user story. Mentor junior engineers in infrastructure?as?code, Kubernetes, and site?reliability principles. Qualifications 4+?years running production workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure Strong IaC (Terraform or Pulumi) and Kubernetes knowledge (EKS/GKE preferred) Proven GitLab or GitHub Actions CI/CD automation experience Deep understanding of Linux internals, networking, and container runtime security Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go for automation and tooling Hands?on with observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/Loki)
