This is an exciting opportunity to define DevOps strategy, architect cloud platforms, and drive engineering excellence across enterprise-scale Web, Mobile, SaaS, and Cloud products.

As a DevOps Architect, you will lead the design and evolution of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platforms, and DevOps practices across the organization. You will establish architectural standards, drive automation, improve developer productivity, and enable secure, reliable, and scalable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Platform Architecture

• Define and own the DevOps and Cloud Architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Develop platform engineering strategies that support modern application delivery

CI/CD & Automation

• Architect and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using:
• Azure DevOps
• Jenkins
• GitHub Actions
• Champion GitOps and deployment automation best practices
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards using Terraform

Container & Kubernetes Governance

• Design and govern enterprise Kubernetes platforms
• Define standards for:
• Networking
• Security
• Multi-tenancy
• Cluster operations
• Drive modernization through containerized application deployment

DevSecOps & Compliance

• Embed security throughout the software delivery lifecycle
• Implement:
• SAST
• DAST
• Software Composition Analysis (SCA)
• Container security scanning
• Secrets management
• Ensure compliance, governance, and risk mitigation across platforms

Observability & Reliability Engineering

• Establish observability standards and monitoring frameworks
• Define:
• SLIs
• SLOs
• Error budgets
• Incident response procedures
• Improve platform stability, reliability, and operational visibility

Engineering Leadership

• Drive continuous improvement of DevOps performance metrics (DORA)
• Conduct architecture reviews and establish reference architectures
• Mentor engineers and promote cloud-native best practices
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and business alignment

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Architect role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (AWS/GCP is a plus)
• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps automation
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Architecture, DevSecOps, and GitOps practices
• Experience in Release Management, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Planning
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Azure Monitor
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Cloud certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Solutions Architect
• Kubernetes certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or CKS
• Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud and platform architectures
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and Platform Engineering practices
