Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Tools and Technologies (.Net with C#, Azure cloud)

This position typically require 12+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in Dev team management handling large-scale implementations, stakeholder interactions, and cross-functional teams. Key duties include leading end-to-end project lifecycles from scoping and planning to delivery, managing budgets/timelines/risks, and driving technical decisions on cloud workloads (Azure), databases (SQL Server), and development (.Net Technologies) while ensuring SLA adherence.

##Core Responsibilities:-

- Define project scope, requirements, and roadmaps for initiatives like microservices development, cloud migrations, and digital transformation using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Lead cross-functional teams (offshore/onsite, 20-40+ members), resource allocation, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication across clients like Microsoft.

- Oversee technical architecture reviews, risk mitigation, governance reporting(bi-weekly, MBR, QBR etc.), and performance optimization for 99.9% uptime/SLA compliance.
