Core Responsibilities

• Architect of First Impressions (Web & Infrastructure Management)
• Technical Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for the performance, security, and 100% uptime of our digital storefronts. You are responsible for ensuring a frictionless experience for school principals, CSR partners, and government stakeholders.
• Domain & Server Governance: Manage DNS settings, SSL certificates, CNAME records, and hosting environments (Cloudflare/AWS) with extreme discipline.
• Security Hygiene: Implement robust WordPress hardening (Wordfence, automated backup protocols, and proactive plugin/core audits) to ensure our platforms remain a trusted and verified space.
• Growth & Conversion Optimisation (The Marketing POV)
• Frictionless Funnels: Build and optimise high-converting landing pages that transform intent into action. You will use your technical skills to guide diverse personas - from educators to donors - through a persuasive user journey.
• CRO & Rapid Prototyping: Leverage A/B Testing tools (VWO/Hotjar) and page builders like Elementor/WP Bakery to iterate on UI/UX elements that drive lead generation.
• Lead-Gen Architecture: Seamlessly integrate web forms with our CRM and marketing automation stacks via APIs and Webhooks to ensure 100% data fidelity and zero lead leakage.
• Advanced Tracking & Data Integrity
• GTM Mastery: Deploy and manage complex tracking schemas (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads) via Google Tag Manager without polluting the source code.
• Granular Analytics: Configure GA4 Event Tracking to measure micro-conversions (e.g., brochure downloads, scroll depth, iPrep app redirects). You will analyze behaviour to eliminate drop-off points in the user journey.
• Universal Access & Technical SEO
• Core Web Vitals: In line with our philosophy of universal access, you will optimise for LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) and CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) to ensure the site performs on low-end devices and restricted networks.
• Semantic Web & Visibility: Implement JSON-LD Schema (FAQ, Organisation, Product) to dominate SERPs and ensure our solutions are discoverable by those who need them most.
• Asset Optimisation: Maintain a disciplined approach to image minification (WebP) and script bundling to keep the "iPrep" narrative fast-loading and accessible.
  
  

Must-haves profile

• Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP (WordPress-specific) is essential and mandatory.
• High technical proficiency for managing our narrative-heavy sites, with Data & Growth focus covering Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Technical SEO.
• Basic PHP for backend customisations and API integrations with marketing tools like WordPress (Elementor/Divi), Hotjar/VWO, and DNS management.
• Practical, hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking to bridge the gap between Tech and Marketing.

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of full-time experience in web development.
• Location: Sector 32, Gurugram (Work from Office). We value the energy and collaboration of working together in person.
• Commitment: We are looking for someone to join our team for the long term (at least 2-3 years) to witness and drive the scaling of our product and solutions.
