What You?ll Do As a full-time Devrel, you will: Leverage your deep technical knowledge across AI, Cloud, and Software Development to evaluate a wide variety of innovative prototypes and solutions. Assess technical feasibility, architecture, scalability, performance, and security aspects of submitted ideas or working solutions. Provide clear, actionable feedback to teams and participants to refine their solutions. Contribute to the creation of evaluation rubrics and scoring frameworks. Stay on top of emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools in AI, LLMs, agentic systems, cloud-native apps, DevOps, and software engineering. Collaborate cross-functionally with program managers, evaluators, and innovation leaders. Support in building reports and dashboards to track trends, innovations, and participant progress across challenges. You Should Have Strong technical background (B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related fields). Ability to assess a wide variety of prototypes ranging from ML models to web/mobile applications and cloud-native platforms. Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and basic data visualization/reporting tools. Excellent communication and documentation skills to articulate technical insights and feedback. Bonus Points For Experience with GenAI, LLMs, LangChain, or other agentic/LLM-driven frameworks. Previous involvement in hackathons, innovation challenges, startup mentoring, or accelerators. Familiarity with agile methodologies, design thinking, or lean startup principles.
