?? Job Title: IBM BPM / BAW Developer ?? Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad ?? Experience: 6+ Years ?? About the Role We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM / BAW Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade workflow and process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), Java-based integrations, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD and version control. This role involves leading workflow migrations, optimizing database performance, and ensuring high system reliability in a dynamic Agile environment. ?? Key Responsibilities Upgrade and migrate IBM BPM 8.5.6 backend mediation services to IBM BAW 24.0 platform. Lead Oracle Exadata to Azure SQL database migration and optimization. Develop, configure, and deploy workflow solutions using IBM BAW. Design and implement custom services using Java and jQuery for workflow integrations. Perform performance tuning, bug resolution, and production support to ensure system stability. Collaborate with business users for requirement gathering, mockups, and documentation. Manage code repositories, pipelines, and backlogs in Azure DevOps. Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile / DevOps lifecycle. ??
