Job Title : Cross Asset Structured Documentation Specialist (Thunderhead/Smart DX Template and Developer) Job Location: Bangalore Short Description The focus of Confirmations team is to issue and execute OTC Legal Documents with the clients in a timely manner. The team is required to understand the fundamentals of the product and underlying instruments and business strategy and to continually improve control infrastructure to meet regulatory requirements and maintain control. Job Responsibilities Design, build and maintenance of high quality Thunderhead/SmartDX templates across OTC Derivatives and Structured Securitization products Thunderhead/SmartDX Release management and Regression testing UAT testing on linked applications impacting Thunderhead/SmartDX Templates Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements, and understand user needs. Document developed workflows and maintain clear and concise documentation. Stakeholder's interaction for business requirements at all stages of the development lifecycle Drive project initiatives to increase efficiency. Required Qualification (Capabilities and Skill) Experience in a Thunderhead Application Developer / SMART DX Developer role. Technical Experience in XML/XSLT, SQL, Java Scripting. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Cross Asset FX/Derivatives experience in a global financial institution, preferably in a mix of business and technical capacities. Understanding and practical experience of front to back business processes in OTC & Securitized derivative products preferable. Prioritizing workloads in a multi-client environment where demand exceeds supply.
