Developer III - Enterprise Solutions (Salesforce Developer)

Role Description Salesforce developer Role Description To design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support business processes and marketing automation. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with stakeholders across sales, service, and marketing teams to deliver robust CRM and Pardot integrations, ensuring best practices in Salesforce development and campaign automation. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware. Build and maintain Pardot assets including landing pages, forms, email templates, and automation rules. Support marketing teams with campaign setup, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting in Pardot. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce and Pardot configurations. Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to development standards. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce and Pardot-related issues. Stay up to date with Salesforce and Pardot platform updates and recommend improvements. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot (Account Engagement). Proven experience building and managing Pardot campaigns, automation rules, and lead nurturing workflows. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado) and version control (e.g., Git). Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred). Pardot Specialist or Consultant certification is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Desirable Skills Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Education & Certifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
