Role Description Job Title: SDE3 ? Level 3 Services Engineer (C# / Agile / AWS) Location: [Insert Location or ?Remote / Hybrid?] Job Type: Full-Time | [Permanent/Contract] Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Services Engineer (SDE3) with deep expertise in C# , Agile methodologies , and AWS cloud services . In this role, you will design, develop, and support scalable and resilient services that power critical systems in a fast-paced, agile environment. You?ll work alongside product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software that solves real-world business problems. This is a hands-on development role, ideal for someone who enjoys building cloud-native applications, mentoring others, and driving technical excellence across the team. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core. Implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, ECS, etc.). Lead the development of complex features, ensuring code quality, security, and performance. Participate in and promote Agile practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product. Perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and set engineering best practices. Contribute to architecture discussions and help evolve the system design. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as part of Level 3 support. Participate in CI/CD automation using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline. Identify and drive improvements in performance, scalability, and efficiency. Required Skills & Experience: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and building RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of object-oriented design patterns and SOLID principles. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools like Jira, Confluence, etc. Practical experience building and deploying applications on AWS, including familiarity with services like Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation. Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and TDD. Hands-on experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD tools. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Preferred / Nice To Have: Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems (e.g., SNS/SQS/Kafka). Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes). Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or ELK Stack.
