Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Web Applications Developer (Java Full Stack) to join our global IT development and operations team. In this role, you will develop and support ERP solutions with a strong emphasis on Supply Chain functions, including modules for forecasting, inventory management, procurement, logistics, warehousing and sales. You will work closely with global IT and business teams to design and implement enterprise solutions that enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility, streamline operations, and optimize planning processes.

Your expertise in Java/J2EE, front-end development, and a deep understanding of supply chain processes will ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performing business applications aligned with Momentive’s global needs and quality standards.

Responsibilities Include

• Development, and implement Java applications and webservices interfaces using Java, JSP, Springboot, SQL/RDBMS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS for development of ERP system/Supply Chain modules into our web applications
• Collaborate with team members to analyze and implement complex changes, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards
• Develop, and implement web applications and web services using Java, J2EE, JSP, Springboot, MVC Framework, Hibernate, and MySQL/RDBMS
• Support production application or systems issues, working to analyze and resolve them. This may require being on call during off-hours and holidays.
• Follow agile IT processes, collaborating closely with the business to swiftly address any problems that arise
• Collaborate effectively with team members to successfully implement complex changes

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of in-depth experience in Web Application development
• Good understanding of technology stack including Java, J2EE, JSP, Springboot, MySQL/RDBMS, and App server knowledge (Tomcat)
• Strong core Java and J2EE skills coupled with expertise in Object Oriented design and knowledge of design patterns, WebServices/APIS (REST/SOAP)
• Proficiency in UI Technologies such as HTML, JS, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap is expected along with familiarity with any one of the any JS frameworks
• Ability to comprehend customer business processes and develop technical solutions
• Result-driven with a positive attitude - adaptable, flexible, and resourceful.
• Ability to think conceptually and analytically - extracting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
