We are working on bleeding-edge research problems, in synthetic speech, and dubbing Job Summary We?re looking for a Developer Community Lead to build and grow a thriving global community around Murf AI?s API products. You?ll be at the forefront of building the foundation of our developer community, connecting with builders across the world, sparking meaningful engagement, and shaping how they experience and champion Murf AI. Key Responsibilities Build and grow the community: Lead community programs like webinars, hackathons, and meetups, and grow Murf?s presence across platforms such as Discord, GitHub, and X by fostering authentic engagement and collaboration among developers. Drive awareness and engagement: Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create developer education programs, publish high-quality tutorials, and partner with influencers and thought leaders to amplify Murf?s API presence globally. Build advocacy programs: Design and manage initiatives that nurture developer advocates, community champions, and ambassadors, empowering them to represent Murf in their own networks and extend the brand?s reach organically. Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to align community initiatives with launches and ensure every developer interaction with Murf feels meaningful and impactful. Champion developer success: Act as the voice of the developer community, gathering insights and feedback to help internal teams enhance developer experience, documentation, and engagement touchpoints. Required Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of experience building and scaling online or offline communities within developer ecosystems. Proven track record of building a developer community from scratch and driving meaningful engagement and growth. Deep experience managing and nurturing Discord communities, with familiarity in engaging developers across platforms like X, LinkedIn or Reddit. Strong program management skills, able to plan, organize, and execute events, partnerships, and campaigns end-to-end. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to engage and inspire developer audiences. Experience collaborating across product, marketing, and engineering teams to bring community ideas to life. Why Murf.ai?
