Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Detailer role based in Sadar. The Detailer will be responsible for preparing detailed design drawings and specifications for steel and prefabricated structures. Key responsibilities include interpreting architectural and engineering plans, generating structural models, preparing material take-offs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with design teams to meet project timelines. The Detailer will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of project deliverables.

• Prepare Detailed Drawings: Create precise shop drawings for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) based on architectural and structural designs provided by the client.
• Software Utilization: Use industry-standard software (such as AutoCAD or similar) to generate accurate 2D and 3D drawings for PEB structures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in drafting and detailing using software such as AutoCAD or Tekla
• Understanding of architectural and engineering design principles for Prefabricated and Pre-Engineered Buildings
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects
• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Previous experience in detailing prefabricated or structural steel projects is an advantage
