Job Description

Role: Destination Manager Location: Noida Role Summary The Destination Manager is responsible for enhancing product knowledge and strengthening market engagement for university programs within the assigned region. This role involves delivering structured training sessions to education agents and Business Development Managers (BDMs), ensuring they are fully informed about university offerings, admissions processes, and unique value propositions. The Destination Manager also manages and resolves agent queries in a timely and accurate manner, supporting partners to drive student recruitment effectively. A key part of the role includes organizing and conducting virtual webinars, seminars, and product briefings to support ongoing engagement and capacity building. The Destination Manager is also responsible for monitoring competitor activities and providing insightful competition analysis to inform strategy, enhance positioning, and identify growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Training & Product Enablement Deliver comprehensive training sessions on university programs, admissions requirements, scholarship options, and selling points to Education Agents and Business Development Managers (BDMs). Ensure accurate dissemination of product updates, process changes, and new offerings across all partner networks. Maintain updated training materials and ensure alignment with regional checklists and global guidelines. Agent & Partner Support Serve as the first point of contact for agent queries related to programs, applications, documentation, and processes. Resolve queries promptly and ensure consistent communication between agents, BDMs, and internal teams. Strengthen partner confidence by providing timely guidance, updates, and support. Visit and attend education fairs at partner locations, when planned Virtual Engagement Plan and deliver virtual webinars, information sessions, and training seminars for agents and prospective students. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of online events and maximize attendance. Track engagement metrics and follow-up actions. Market & Competition Analysis Monitor competitor activities including pricing, scholarships, marketing campaigns, and product positioning. Prepare monthly competition analysis reports with insights and recommendations. Support strategic planning by identifying opportunities, risks, and market trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales heads, marketing and Conversions teams to drive aligned market strategies. Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and recruitment efficiency. Support region-level recruitment activities as needed. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number and quality of trainings delivered per month Partner satisfaction scores / feedback Response turnaround time for agent queries Webinar/seminar attendance and engagement Accuracy and usefulness of competition analysis reports Contribution to overall student recruitment targets Qualifications & Experience Required Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field 2?5 years? experience in international education, university admissions, Sales destination management, or training roles Knowledge of key study destinations, visa, admissions systems, and education pathways (Especially Europe) Experience working with education agents or international student recruitment teams Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to analyze market data and prepare actionable insights Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Experience delivering virtual webinars or workshops Skills & Competencies Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong training and facilitation abilities Analytical mindset with attention to detail Stakeholder management Problem-solving and decision-making Tech-savvy: webinar platforms, CRM systems, MS Office Ability to work independently and as part of a regional team
