Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Ghaziabad. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware issues, and supporting printers. The role also involves ensuring efficient operation of computer hardware and responding to user queries to resolve technical problems. Qualifications Expertise in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware Proficiency in Technical Support and Printer Support Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems Good communication and interpersonal skills to assist end-users Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Relevant certifications or experience in IT and technical support roles is desirable
