The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, printers, and network devices, along with providing basic server and storage support. The position offers an in-hand salary of up to ?22,000 per month with good career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT hardware. Provide support for operating systems, software installations, and troubleshooting. Assist in managing user accounts, network connectivity, and email configurations. Perform daily system checks, data backups, and preventive maintenance. Offer first-level support for servers and storage devices, including basic configuration and monitoring. Coordinate with senior IT staff or vendors for advanced issues and installations. Maintain records of IT assets, service activity, and network configurations. Job Requirements: Qualification: Diploma or BCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop or IT support. Basic understanding of servers, storage equipment, and network fundamentals. Proficiency in Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and peripheral setup. Good problem-solving ability, communication skills, and attention to detail.
