Job Description
Job Accountabilities First level support to end users based on Knowledge base available Provide desktop and Laptop support. Basic installation and uninstallation of all desktop applications Handling ITSM Tool and Allocating the tickets to the right resolver group Providing Support for MAC related calls Providing Support for Mobile Device Installation of Business-related software Ensuring Software Compliance in all the End User Devices Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) Hardware & OS knowledge Software application knowledge, ITIL Knowledge Good Communication Skills Basic Knowledge of Network, Apple products -MCSE or similar Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) BE / B.Tech / B Sc-IT Preference will be accorded to candidates having completed certifications in MCSA/ MCSE.
