Design Team Lead

Job Description:

As a Design Lead, you should be talented and experienced to inspire and lead the creative efforts for the Premium interior design vertical in Livspace for that region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design process from conception to completion, ensuring the delivery of exceptional design work that meets and exceeds the customer’s expectations. You should have a strong background in interior design and possess excellent leadership skills to oversee the firm's day-to-day operations. Livspace is building a design-first premium studio and the ideal candidate will bring equal measures of creativity, design thinking and be operationally strong, ensuring that all design projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the high-quality standards set by the company.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of designers to produce exceptional quality design work that meets customer expectations.
• Develop and implement design strategies that enhance the studio’s brand and reputation for excellence.
• Oversee the development of design proposals, presentations, and project documentation and lead design presentations to the customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, products, and technologies to maintain the firm's competitive edge.
