Their mission is to conceptualize and deliver designs that people love. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Design Researcher role at our Mumbai office. The Design Researcher will be responsible for planning and conducting user research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights that inform product design. Daily tasks include designing user surveys, conducting interviews, usability testing, synthesizing research findings, and collaborating with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to enhance user experience. The role also involves staying updated on the latest research methodologies. Qualifications Experience with user research methodologies, data analysis, and usability testing Strong skills in creating and implementing surveys, user interviews, and persona development Proficiency in UX design principles and collaboration with cross-functional teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail Strong communication and presentation skills to share insights effectively with stakeholders Proficiency in research tools and software, such as usability testing platforms and data visualization tools Adaptable and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, design-centered environment Bachelor?s degree in Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Design Research, or a related field Experience in the digital product or design industry is a plus
