We Are Hiring: Design Quality Coordinator ? E-commerce (3D and Graphics) ?? Location: In-House | Full-Time | International Projects (USA) About Us We are a growing creative team in the e-commerce industry, specializing in high-quality product design and visualization for global clients. We are currently looking for a Design Quality Coordinator to join our team, someone who is passionate about design, has an eye for detail, and enjoys mentoring others in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Role Overview:- As the Design Quality Coordinator , you will play a key role in maintaining and improving design standards across our 3D and graphic teams. You will review and guide visual output, support the development of junior designers, and serve as a bridge between our internal teams and international clients. Key Responsibilities:- Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of product design and visualization based on e-commerce standards Collaborate with design teams to drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement Provide constructive feedback and guidance during design reviews and revisions Communicate directly with international clients for updates, approvals, and design clarifications Assist in training and onboarding junior designers; share knowledge on tools, workflows, and design trends Work closely with project managers to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery Skills & Requirements:- 2?3 years of experience in graphic design or 3D visualization Strong portfolio showcasing clean, commercial-quality design (e-commerce/product-focused preferred) Proficiency and solid understanding of relevant design tools and software Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Experience in mentoring, reviewing, or guiding creative teams is a plus? ??
