About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join the Head Office team in Mumbai. The role requires strong design coordination, consultant management, and exposure to large-scale residential or mixed-use developments. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete design lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of design packages and effective coordination between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Coordination

• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP consultants for design development and integration.
• Ensure design deliverables meet project timelines, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Review drawings and technical submissions from consultants.

2. Design Management

• Manage design schedules, design deliverables, and approvals across multiple projects.
• Ensure alignment between design intent, project requirements, and construction feasibility.
• Monitor design changes and maintain version control of drawings.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Facilitate design review meetings and resolve design coordination issues.
• Support project teams with technical inputs during execution.

4. Compliance & Approvals

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, statutory approvals, and building codes.
• Coordinate with authorities and consultants for design approvals and submissions.

5. Project Support

• Provide design inputs during project planning, tendering, and execution phases.
• Assist in resolving design-related site issues and technical clarifications.

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Experience working on large township or redevelopment projects up to 50 lakh sq. ft.

✔ Exposure to high-rise residential / mixed-use developments

✔ Experience with A-Class Developers, Cost Consultants, or reputed PMC firms

✔ Strong knowledge of design coordination and multi-disciplinary integration

✔ Ability to manage design deliverables at Head Office level
