Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Executive – Design with 3–4 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural/design processes, statutory regulations, and proficiency in design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts for residential/commercial projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and site teams for project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with BBMP laws, building bye-laws, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare and review sanction drawings, working drawings, and approvals documentation.
• Modify designs as per management/client requirements.
• Monitor project timelines and support execution with design-related inputs.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of BBMP regulations, building bye-laws, and approval processes.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, etc.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
