Job Description
Role
- Preparation of Technical Documents (ATP, FAT, SAT) & review of Technical manuals
- Preparation of Drawings, specifications sheets, Design plans
- Proposal Engineering for modification/Upgrade/test facilities & spares
- Customer communication/visits for drawing approval, feasibility study, installation survey
- Design calculations, analysis for validation of strcutures, selection of Hardware
- Interpretation of Engineering Drawings
- Awareness of Fabrication, Machining process, Assembly & integration activities
- Awareness of welding & NDT processes
- Experienced with 2D & 3D modelling software: AutoCAD, Solid works, UG NX
- Familiarity with PLM & ERPLN, CCPM
- Awareness of IS, ASME & related standards for design & manufacturing process
- Awarness of common softwares- MS Office
