Design Engineer

This is a 30-day, fully remote Mechanical Design & Aerospace Manufacturing Internship tailored heavily toward core sector experience, specifically inspired by defense and aerospace standards (like DRDO, BEL, and BDL). It focuses on bridging the gap between university theory and actual industrial execution.

• Advanced CAD & SolidWorks: You will be handling complex Part Modeling, Assembly design, and producing production-ready 2D technical drawings.
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM): This is a key highlight of the role. You will learn how to optimize designs to reduce manufacturing cycle times, material waste, and production costs.
• Process Planning: Understanding how digital blueprints translate to the machine shop floor, specifically focusing on CNC programming, milling, and turning operations.

• Mentorship: Live interactive sessions with IIT/NIT alumni and defense industry veterans.
