Role Description The Design Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed design proposals, and translating ideas into construction-ready drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves managing design workflows, revising plans based on feedback, and collaborating closely with the internal design and project management teams. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Coimbatore, with a mix of on-site project visits and office work, along with some flexibility for work from home as project needs allow.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architectural Design and Architecture, including space planning and conceptual development.
• Proficiency in Construction Drawings, with the ability to produce accurate, detailed plans and technical documentation.
• Experience in Design Management, overseeing design processes, timelines, and coordination with project stakeholders.
• Effective Communication skills for client interactions, team collaboration, and clear presentation of design ideas.
• Knowledge of relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic familiarity with building codes and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with prior experience in interior or architectural design preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain quality under deadlines, and adapt designs to practical site constraints.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to visit project sites in and around Coimbatore as required.
