Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Deputy Regional Manager to lead sales operations for our Women’s Innerwear division. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in apparel sales, distributor management, retail expansion, and market development within the intimate wear segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales growth and achieve business targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Women’s Innerwear products.
- Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks across the assigned region.
- Expand market presence through General Trade, Modern Trade, and Multi-Brand Outlets.
- Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers,Sales Executive and field sales teams.
- Ensure strong retail visibility, merchandising standards, and product availability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth
Opportunities:
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, trade schemes, and product launches.
- Maintain healthy secondary sales and monitor stock movement in the market.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews.
Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of sales experience in Apparel/Garments Industry, preferably in Women’s Innerwear, Lingerie, or Hosiery segment.
- Minimum 5+ Years Experience in Apparel
- Strong network with distributors and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Proven track record in sales achievement and market expansion.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
- Having Garments and FMCG Field Experience
- Preferable Exclusive Karnataka region base candidates
- Expertise in Customer Handling
