Duties And Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

(Accountabilities associated with the job)

  •  Business development across HFCs, NBFCs, and Fintechs for partnerships under Direct Assignment and Co-lending models.
  •  End-to-end responsibility for pipeline creation, commercial negotiations, legal documentation, technology integration, and partner on-boarding.
  •  Preparation and presentation of internal approval documents including DEN (Door Entry Note), ITS (Indicative Term Sheet), and CAM (Credit Assessment Memo).
  •  Key account management post partner on-boarding to drive monthly business volumes, monitor revenue contribution, and manage loan loss performance.
  •  Strong portfolio management with proactive risk actions to ensure loan losses remain within approved thresholds


Key Decisions / Dimensions

  •  Supporting the shortlisting and evaluation of potential partners based on strategic fitment.
  •  Recommending business constructs, product fitment, and estimating potential business volumes to internal stakeholders.


Major Challenges

  •  Managing partnerships across diverse product categories, including secured and unsecured loans such as Business Loans, Personal Loans, MFI, Home Loans, LAP, CV, and Two-Wheeler loans.
  •  Continuous interaction and alignment with multiple internal stakeholders, especially Risk, Credit, Legal, Finance, and Technology teams, due to the risk-intensive nature of partnerships.


Educational Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualifications
  •  Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Work Experience
  •  5–7 years of experience in Business Development / Account Management
  •  Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Financial Services (mandatory)

  •  Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Hindi
  •  Client-focused with patience and flexibility in handling stakeholders
  •  High resilience, strong temperament, and ability to adapt to BFL culture
