Job Purpose: This role is responsible for conducting detailed analyses of plant equipment performance, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to drive operational excellence. This role will also manage equipment budgets, ensure the reliability of instruments, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven root cause analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.

Educational Qualification:
BE/B.tech or equivalent technical field.
Work Experience (Range Of Years)
6 to 10 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related field within a manufacturing or plant environment.
Preferred Industry
Experience in the Thermal Power Plant will be preferred.

Responsibilities
The CBM Personnel will be responsible for:
- Primary responsibility for maintaining the predictive maintenance program. This will include oil sample analysis, Thermography image analysis, vibration signature analysis, and equipment balancing for all plants
- Responsibility includes Monitor all the identified equipment in CBM for possible fault initiation and informs the same to concerned person.
- Provide technical support for testing on both new and repaired equipment to establish baseline data for reference per applicable standard / OEM guidelines
- Must possess experience in Thermography, oil analysis (Chemical/Physical & WDA), SKF Aptitude software and online VMS system like GE’s System1 / Alstom S8000.
- Carry out Root Cause Failure Analysis & FMEA for plant equipment & systems by data collection, analysis & report preparations
- Must be familiar with applicable codes & standards used in vibration/rotating equipment/Oil analysis.
Educational Qualification:
