Job Description
Job Description Process Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and digital improvement opportunities. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flow diagrams, and requirement documents. Digital Solution Design & Deployment: Support the implementation of pharma-specific digital solutions such as Electronic Logbooks (E-logbook), Cleaning Validation System, LIMS, MES, QMS, SAP modules, and AI/ML-driven tools. Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of new systems. Assist in preparing user requirement specifications (URS) and functional design documents (FDD). Data & Analytics: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for business insights and KPIs. Utilize Power Automate and Power Apps to build workflows, forms, and low-code automation solutions. Ensure accuracy, security, and integrity of digital data across systems. Change Management & Training: Drive adoption of digital tools through user engagement, training, and documentation. Support business functions during UAT, rollout, and post-deployment stabilization phases. Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to ensure successful digital transformation outcomes. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all digital implementations comply with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements. Participate in system validation and audit readiness activities. Qualifications Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing, quality systems, and regulatory processes. Hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). Exposure to systems like LIMS, MES, QMS, SAP, DMS, and AI/ML applications in pharma. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams. Understanding of ROI measurement, project prioritization, and digital roadmap development. Qualifications Bachelor?s / Master?s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Engineering. MBA in Operations / IT / Business Analytics preferred. 5?8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Digital Transformation professional in the pharmaceutical industry. Preferred Exposure Experience in deploying E-logbook, Cleaning Validation, Deviation Management, or MES systems. Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and data integration concepts.
