Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and support of cybersecurity requirements for IT & OT/IoT environments.
Actively participate in security design and controls discussions for security projects.
Implement and support OT security solutions such as IDS/IPS and risk monitoring solutions.
Suggest changes as needed for the company's OT/IoT infrastructure security.
Prepare documentation for the company's OT/IoT security projects.
Conduct regular security assessments of OT systems to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities.
Evaluate the overall security architecture of OT systems and propose improvements to enhance resilience against cyber threats.
Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the protection of sensitive data.
Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the security posture of OT systems.
Foster an environment of learning, excellence, and innovation within the team and across teams.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure continuous professional development of team members.

Qualifications

Educational qualifications & Experience:

BE/B.tech in Elec & Comm , computer science, Information Security, or related field .
1-5 years of experience in OT environemnt with hands-on experiance and OT security, including technology deployment and operations.
Strong understanding of porcess of OT envrionemt , netwrok devices , cloud infrastructure and IDS/AV/AD/WSUS/Syslog .
Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001.
Experience with security testing tools and automation.
Relevant OT secuirty certifications such as GICSP, IEC-62443 are a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies
