Responsibilities


  • Identify and establish new international academic collaborations with universities and institutions.
  • Coordinate the execution and renewal of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international partner institutions.
  • Facilitate student exchange, faculty exchange, joint research, and collaborative academic programs.
  • Coordinate meetings, virtual discussions, and official visits with international delegates.
  • Maintain collaboration databases, partnership records, and documentation.
  • Monitor partnership performance and prepare periodic reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of international collaboration activities.
  • Support international events, conferences, delegation visits, and partnership ceremonies.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and international partnership guidelines.
  • Represent the university in meetings, webinars, and networking events related to international collaborations.

  • Experience working in the International Affairs department of a university or higher education institution.
  • Exposure to global university rankings, international partnerships, and collaborative academic initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating international delegations and academic exchange programs.
  • Familiarity with international education regulations and partnership frameworks.
