Job Description

The DGM Marketing will lead and drive regional marketing strategy, brand positioning, and project marketing initiatives across the portfolio. The role will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of ATL & BTL campaigns, corporate branding, customer experience management, media strategy, research, PR, and sales enablement


Role & responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead project launches and sustenance campaigns to drive sales momentum.
  • Define segmentation strategy across investor, NRI, corporate, and end-user audiences.
  • Ensure strong brand positioning and consistent brand health across all projects.
  • Plan and deliver integrated ATL & BTL campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Approve campaign concepts, creatives, messaging, and media plans.
  • Drive exhibitions, CP meets, activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee development of brochures, AVs, renders, models, and sales kits.
  • Enhance customer experience across key milestones from booking to handover.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavioral mapping.
  • Lead PR initiatives, partnerships, award submissions, and brand alliances.
  • Manage marketing budgets, optimize spends, and ensure vendor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, timelines, and governance standards.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, including recruitment and development.


Preferred candidate profile

Who are we looking for?

  • Qualification: MBA from a top-tier B-school (Tier 1 &2 Only)
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience
