What will you do:
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Inventory Analysts and Supply Order Replenishment specialists
- Execute Distribution Requirement Planning processes while optimizing inventory levels to meet service objectives
- Manage purchase order portfolios and resolve stock discrepancies through detailed analysis
- Coordinate material movement between receiving, warehouse, and production departments
- Develop and implement raw materials requirements based on engineering specifications and production schedules
- Demonstrated leadership experience in materials planning and inventory management
- Comprehensive knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to optimize supply chain processes
- Track record of achieving service level objectives while maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Excellence in team management and cross-functional collaboration
- Leadership role with opportunity to shape and develop a high-performing team
