Job Description
Play a pivotal role in setting up structured liaising plan, develop, administer, and evaluate activities and operations related to
the Governmental affairs and Ministries
Represent an issue pertaining to policy interpretation & clarification to the respective Authorities i.e. Central / State Govt
Independent bodies) in conjunction with respective Business Team/ Consultant for resolving the disputes at Group
level.
Provide day-to-day advice/opinions and to formulate strategy to be adopted for a case/ matter at various forums.
Maintaining & augmenting relationship with various government officials of various Departments / Ministries & Authorities.
Keeping a foresight at the bureaucratic & political atmosphere and its impact on entire Group Companies.
Creating and communicating a favorable image for entire Group Companies in front of the Government Departments
/ Ministries & Authorities.
Help businesses on Procedural SOPs for compliance to cut down potential litigations.
Getting the Approvals, Permissions from the required Industry, doing follow-up with the Government Departments.
