Job Title: Deputy Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance

Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Qualification: Diploma Only
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Deputy Engineer (Mechanical) to handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production machinery and utility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance of CNC and sheet metal fabrication machines
- Handle machine breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime
- Maintain and troubleshoot machines like:
- Amada Turret Punch Press
- Bending Machines & Laser Machines
- Salvagnini FMS Line (S4 + P4)
- Shearing, Welding, Milling, Tapping, Power Press
- Maintain automatic conveyor systems
Utility & Equipment Handling:
- Diesel Generators
- Water Treatment Plants
- Fire Hydrant Systems
- Air Compressors
- Air Conditioning Systems
Material Handling Equipment (MHE):
- EOT Cranes
- Forklifts
- Electric Stackers
- Hand Pallet Trucks
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of Kaizen, QCC, Six Sigma initiatives
- Experience in N2 & O2 gas storage systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills in conventional machines (lathe, drilling, tapping, milling, etc.)
Key Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical maintenance
- Ability to work independently and handle critical breakdowns
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
