Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee back-office upkeep and facility maintenance, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Manage rent payments, debit notes, statutory compliance, and administrative budgets.
  • Handle audit management for all administration-related processes and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
  • Monitor and control branch-level expenses, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
  • Manage GST payments related to administrative expenses and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate closely with the Accounts and Finance teams for reconciliations, payments, and reporting.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, ensure service quality, and cost optimization.
  • Prepare MIS reports and provide periodic updates to management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of administration operations, compliance, and audits
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and expense management
  • Working knowledge of GST and statutory requirements
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting abilities

*Qualifications & Experience*

Graduate / Postgraduate in Administration, Commerce, or Management (preferred)

5–10 years of relevant experience in Administration (designation depending on experience)

Prior experience in multi-branch or corporate office administration in Financial services will be an advantage
