What Will You Be Doing As a Demand Planner

The purpose of this function is the daily demand and replenishment planning of Margarine products segment to improve Bunge’s demand planning and forecasting accuracy, providing sufficient production planning and stocks, managing inbound deliveries, supporting all responsible forecasting &sales function in the food organization.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

Forecasting & Replenishment:

• Utilizing other forecasting tools, supporting Demand Planning procedures and data processing.
• Continuously improving the forecasting process and its associated tools.
• Continuously checking Sales Forecast (FCST) accuracy at Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)/customer level, and providing feedback and recommendations to Key Account Managers (KAMs).
• Providing regular FCST and replenishment plans to production factories.
• Sending import and transport orders to suppliers.
• Managing SAP administration related to import and stock activities.
  
  

Reporting:

• Reporting Sales FCST accuracy on every requested level (SKU at KAM/Customer/Market level).
• Updating reports in commonly used FCST sheets.
• Supporting the creation of replenishment plans for plants, including capacity checking.
• Supporting the Supply Chain and Sales team in achieving targeted KPI levels.
  
  

Organization & Collaboration:

• Establishing seamless working relationships with all related departments.
• Creating ad-hoc reports when needed.
• Taking part in various Demand Planning-related projects and communities.
  
  

What you can bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related business discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated professional experience in a relevant field, with a strong preference for candidates from the food industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
• Superior command of business English, both written and oral, for professional communication and documentation.
• Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in complex data collection, collation, processing, and interpretation.
• Demonstrates a results-oriented approach with a consistent track record of achieving objectives and driving outcomes.
• Highly collaborative team player with a strong commitment to fostering cooperative working relationships.
