Title: Delivery Manager - US Group Benefits - Manager/Senior Manager - Chennai /Gurgaon

Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end service delivery for US Group Benefits operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements

Deep domain and product knowledge in US Group Benefits (STD, Life, FMLA, Vision, Dental) is essential for seamless and compliant delivery.

Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence, including ERISA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA, state leave laws, and carrier guidelines

Lead transition, stabilization, and transformation programs, including process reengineering, automation, and digital initiatives

Proactively manage delivery risks, attrition, capacity planning, and business continuity

Build a strong talent pipeline, coaching leaders and developing succession plans

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments—including operations, compliance, IT, and HR—to align efforts and ensure the successful delivery of business objectives.

Serve as a senior escalation point for complex operational matters, ensuring swift resolution and minimal business disruption.
