Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery, including AI and RPA initiatives.

Track and manage project requirements, schedules, and deliverables.

Resolve project issues and manage change requests with stakeholders.

Prepare and share concise project status reports.

Ensure project outputs meet quality standards and client expectations.

Support documentation, handovers, and post-project evaluations.

Maintain strong customer satisfaction throughout delivery and transition.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) — mandatory; PMP is a plus.

5+ years of experience in project or delivery management.

Exposure to AI and RPA-based projects.

Knowledge of Agile and formal project management practices.

Experience in IT/ERP delivery is a plus.

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
