Delivery Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Delivery Manager with strong technical expertise to lead the delivery of highly scalable, distributed Java-based cloud platforms enhanced with Agentic AI for leading Fintech and Capital Markets organizations. As a key team member among globally recognized experts, you will drive next-generation network-centric architectures integrating autonomous AI agents while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Java-based cloud solutions with Agentic AI integration for Fintech and Capital Markets applications
• Manage cross-functional teams (developers, AI specialists, testers, DevOps engineers) for seamless execution of AI-enhanced platforms

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as primary client point-of-contact for Fintech/Capital Markets stakeholders, translating complex trading, risk, and compliance requirements into technical solutions
• Facilitate requirements gathering, AI solution validation, and change management for mission-critical financial systems

Technical Oversight

• Guide teams on Java development best practices, microservices architecture, Agentic AI frameworks, cloud deployment strategies, and ultra-low latency performance optimization
• Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance (FINRA, SEBI, MiFID) for financial applications

Agentic AI Specialization

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents for trading automation, risk monitoring, compliance surveillance, and portfolio optimization
• Integrate Agentic AI capabilities with core Java platforms using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or custom agentic workflows
• Optimize AI agent performance, reliability, and explainability for Capital Markets use cases

Resource & Risk Management

• Plan resource allocation across AI/ML and traditional development teams, manage project budgets, and maintain delivery timelines
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical and regulatory risks throughout the lifecycle

Continuous Improvement

• Drive innovation through emerging Agentic AI technologies and refined delivery processes for financial services
• Champion Agile practices, MLOps/DevOps automation, and operational excellence in AI-driven environments

Required Qualifications

• 12-16 years total IT experience, with minimum 5 years in technical delivery leadership for Fintech/Capital Markets
• Proven track record delivering Java-based enterprise solutions with Agentic AI for financial services clients
• Hands-on experience across full project lifecycle from requirements to production deployment of AI-enhanced systems

Core Technical Skills

• Java ecosystem: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, microservices architecture for financial applications
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP with hands-on deployment of AI/ML workloads
• Agentic AI: Experience building/deploying autonomous AI agents for trading, risk management, compliance, or portfolio systems
• Modern DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps for AI model deployment
• Fintech/Capital Markets: Deep understanding of trading systems, risk engines, compliance platforms, real-time market data
