Role Overview / Position Summary
Incedo is hiring an IT Delivery Associate Director to lead the strategy, governance, and end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs for wealth management clients. This is a senior leadership role for a delivery professional with deep wealth management/capital markets domain expertise, strong technical fluency (.NET Core, cloud, modern architectures), and a proven track record managing P&L, multi-vendor delivery, and distributed global teams. The Associate Director will act as the primary delivery partner to client business and technology leaders, ensuring every solution meets regulatory, enterprise, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-year programs across wealth advisory, financial planning, portfolio management, trading, onboarding, CRM, and client-facing platforms.
- Establish delivery frameworks, governance models, integrated plans, risk/issue management processes, and release strategies.
- Drive execution across Agile and SAFe delivery models, ensuring predictability, quality, and velocity.
- Ensure tight alignment between engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, cloud, data, security, and product teams.
- Serve as the executive delivery partner to client executive leadership, translating strategic roadmaps into actionable delivery milestones.
- Oversee audit readiness, traceability, documentation, and risk controls across the delivery portfolio.
- Own P&L for the delivery portfolio, ensuring margins, revenue predictability, and utilization targets are met.
- Manage contracts, SOWs, timelines, budgets, resource planning, vendor relationships, and change requests.
- Drive continuous optimization through resource alignment, automation, and process improvement.
- Lead distributed delivery teams across onsite, offshore, and nearshore locations.
- Mentor senior project/program managers, architects, and team leads; build talent pipelines aligned to emerging wealth technology, cloud, and data skills.
- Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across the delivery organization.
Qualifications and Skills (Core Eligibility Criteria / Mandatory Skills)
- 15+ years of IT delivery leadership experience, including a minimum of 7+ years in Wealth Management, Investment Management, or Capital Markets.
- Proven track record leading large-scale technology programs for wealth management institutions, fintechs, or custodians.
- Technical expertise in .NET Core with cloud knowledge (AWS preferred), including hands-on experience delivering cloud migration projects.
- Expertise in modern architectures: APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/SAFe delivery models, DevSecOps, and modern engineering practices.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
- Strong risk management, decision-making, and problem-solving capability.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have Skills)
- Engineering background with a Master's degree (preferred).
- Experience working directly with custodians or fintech platforms within the wealth management ecosystem.
- Prior exposure to regulatory audit cycles and compliance frameworks within financial services.
- Experience managing multi-vendor delivery ecosystems and complex commercial contracts/SOWs.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) is mandatory; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) preferred.

- Program predictability & governance: Bringing structure, risk management, and delivery discipline to large, multi-year, multi-vendor wealth management programs spanning advisory, trading, and client-facing platforms.
- P&L and portfolio health: Owning margin, utilization, and revenue predictability across a distributed onsite/offshore/nearshore delivery portfolio while managing contracts, SOWs, and vendor relationships.
- Regulatory & audit readiness: Ensuring traceability, documentation, and risk controls meet the compliance expectations of regulated wealth management and capital markets clients.
