Job Title: Account Delivery Head (ADH) – High-Tech / Semiconductor / Manufacturing

Level: Director

Location: Bangalore, India (Frequent US Travel Required)

Experience: 12–18 Years


Role Overview:


As the Account Delivery Head (ADH), you will be the primary owner of the delivery engine for our most strategic accounts in the High-Tech and Semiconductor sectors. This is a P&L-heavy role where you will balance Operational Excellence with Account Growth (EE & EN). You will be expected to lead a team of 5–6 Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs) and act as a account P&L to Client CXOs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Satisfaction & Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for CXO/VP-level stakeholders; monitor CSAT/NPS scores and manage renewals to ensure 100% account retention.
  • Delivery Excellence & SLA Adherence: Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and timelines across all engagements.
  • Financial Performance Management: Full ownership of the account P&L, including revenue, profitability, and cost optimization to drive sustainable growth.
  • Account Growth (EE/EN): Partner with sales to identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities within existing engagements (EE) and secure new engagements (EN).
  • Talent Leadership: Lead the recruitment and development of high-performing teams, including TDMs, Architects, and SMEs; foster a culture of continuous skill development.


Required Skills & Experience:


  • Industry Expertise: 12–18 years in IT Services with a deep focus on High-Tech, Manufacturing, or Semiconductors.
  • Technical Depth: Must rate 8/10 in at least 1–2 key technologies such as IT Infrastructure, AI/Data, or ERP.
  • Leadership Track Record: Proven experience in account budgets ($5M–$25M+) and building specialized delivery pods.
  • Global Exposure: Strong executive presence with a history of frequent US travel for client-facing strategic reviews.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale account budgets ($5M–$25M+) and improving margins through efficient delivery.

  • Client Partner / Portfolio Manager (with delivery ownership)
