Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Director with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, who brings a strong blend of delivery leadership and solution-oriented thinking. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of technology, the ability to identify business opportunities, and proactively propose tailored solutions to clients.
This role requires a strategic leader who can drive large-scale delivery, manage key client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple accounts, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and proposing effective IT solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support solutioning and pre-sales initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to design and present customized solutions
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling of services
- Oversee program governance, delivery metrics, SLAs, and risk management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing delivery teams
- Ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes, frameworks, and methodologies
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution
Key Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in IT Services/IT Consulting organizations
- Strong experience in delivery management and program leadership
- Proven track record in solutioning, client engagement, and business growth
- Solid understanding of technology landscapes (Cloud, Data, Digital, Enterprise Applications, etc.)
- Experience working with enterprise/global clients
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
