Responsibilities

• Deliver packages promptly and efficiently from Delhivery Ltd. to customers’ addresses across Hyderabad.
• Ensure every delivery meets the high-quality standards set by Delhivery Ltd.
• Handle all packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and collect proof of delivery as needed for Delhivery Ltd.
• Follow prescribed routes and delivery instructions to meet deadlines.
• Report any delivery issues or delays to Delhivery Ltd. management.
• Keep your delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while driving.
• Work closely with the Delhivery Ltd. team to enhance delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Requirements

• All educational backgrounds are acceptable; experience in delivery is preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant delivery experience is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license (if applicable) and good knowledge of Hyderabad's local routes.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage packages of different sizes and weights effectively for Delhivery Ltd.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to excellent service.
