Key Responsibilities
1. DEI Program Design & Execution
- Support end‑to‑end execution of DEI initiatives across gender, inclusion, belonging, and representation
- Drive program hygiene — planning, timelines, stakeholder coordination, execution tracking
- Support pilots and scale‑up of new DEI interventions
2. ERG & Community Enablement
- Partner with ERG leads to support chartering, annual plans, governance, and activation
- Enable ERG events, learning forums, mentoring circles, and awareness initiatives
- Track ERG engagement, participation, and outcomes
3. Policy, Process & Governance Support
- Review HR and people policies through an inclusion lens
- Support creation or refinement of DEI guidelines, playbooks, and standards
- Assist in institutionalising DEI practices within HR and business processes
4. Metrics, Insights & Reporting
- Track DEI metrics (representation, participation, program reach, etc.)
- Support preparation of DEI dashboards, leadership updates, and impact narratives
- Ensure data‑backed storytelling for internal leadership forums
5. Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
- Work closely with HRBPs, TA, L&D, and business teams
- Coordinate with external partners / NGOs / vendors (where applicable)
- Act as a bridge between intent and execution on DEI priorities
6. Communication & Awareness
- Support internal communications on DEI initiatives, events, and milestones
- Help build inclusive narratives and learning content
- Contribute to campaigns during key milestones (IWD, Pride, Inclusion weeks, etc.)
Experience & Profile Requirements
Must‑have:
- Minimum 3+ years of prior experience in one or more of the following:
- DEI roles
- HR (Talent, L&D, HRBP, Culture)
- Inclusion / social impact / people programs
- Career break acceptable and encouraged under the returnship model
- Strong program execution and coordination skills
- Ability to work with ambiguity and evolving structures
Good to have:
- Prior exposure to ERGs, inclusion initiatives, or employee experience programs
- Comfort with data, metrics, and PowerPoint for leadership updates
- Experience working in large / complex organisations
