Job Description We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Decision Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will partner with product managers,business stakeholders , designers, and engineers to generate insights that drive product/business decisions. You?ll play a key role in helping the company understand user behaviour, measure feature performance, and optimize the product roadmap. Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical problems. Analyze user behavior across the product lifecycle (acquisition, KYC, activation, engagement, retention) to drive improvements and reduce friction. Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to inform product decisions. Build dashboards and reports to visualize product performance and communicate findings to stakeholders. Translate business and product questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations. Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to ensure data accuracy and availability. Maintain high standards of data integrity and support audit or compliance requests as needed. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, business-oriented manner. Roles and responsibilities: Requirements 3?5 years in product/business analytics or data science, ideally in fintech, banking, lending, or payments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages is a plus. Proven track record of designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests and other forms of experimentation. Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence cross-functional teams Hands on experience with machine learning preferred
