Job Description
Role Objective Ensure accuracy and compliance in the audits for order forms and contracts are accurate, compliant and aligned with client policies. Key Responsibilities Perform QA checks on workflows Request verification form. Validate order details: units of service, approvals, contract terms, invoicing details. Conduct sanity checks on order implementation and renewal cases. Document errors, categorize by severity, and Submit RCA. Provide feedback to assigned team members to prevent repeat errors. Maintain audit logs and compliance reports. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree (Business/Finance/Operations). 2-4 years of QA experience in order management, deal execution, or BPO/KPO processes. Strong attention to detail and analytical ability. Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or workflow tools preferred. Effective written and verbal communication. Effective coaching and remedial skills
