Manager (Hands on ) + People Management skills Must have: Python, FastAPI, Angular, SQL, Azure. Good to have: React Resource should be willing to work on new tech stacks/frameworks by upskilling/cross skilling on the job (as per engagements requirement) Key Responsibilities Integrating emerging technologies to enhance audit service delivery quality, solving business/client challenges through technology. Building user-centred applications, combining business knowledge with technology experience to build automation and analytic solutions with a focus on the financial services industry. Performing full life-cycle software development using agile framework including delivery and integration with other systems and applications in a cloud-based environment. As a full-stack engineer, you will get to work on a wide range of new products changing the way engineers do research, share knowledge, design, and build new software. Driving various stages of the development lifecycle, ensuring application/software architecture is aligned to stakeholder requirements. Creating and/or modifying application delivery process strategy based on industry trends, experience, leading practices, and direction of major players. Establishing strategy and business case for the integration of multiple applications. Lead the design of complex integration strategies and plans and the evaluation of complex system integration initiatives and advises on any necessary course corrections. Developing and maintain long-term business relationships and networks.
