This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant at The Forest Club Resort & Spa Karjat. The position requires assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high service standards. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, managing guest requests effectively, and ensuring that all operations in the food and beverage department run smoothly. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining the resort’s reputation for excellence in hospitality and guest experiences.

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage handling
• Strong Food Service and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills to interact with guests and team members
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the food and beverage industry
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
